Stay in Canada and get your PR — with a plan, not guesswork
ViBK Immigration Consulting is a team of experts led by Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Viktoriia Bezruk. We review your situation, show you the real options and build a strategy — from your status today to PR.
Where does your path to PR start?
Choose what's closest to your situation and we'll show you what your roadmap looks like and where to start.
From study permit to PR
Studying in Canada can still lead to PR — if you plan for what comes after graduation from day one. We help you keep your study permit valid, get a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) and use your Canadian experience to apply for PR.
- Study permit
- Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP)
- Canadian work experience
- PR
Make the most of your PGWP
A PGWP is issued only once, so every month counts. We plan how to gain skilled work experience in time and which route to PR fits you best — Canadian Experience Class or a provincial program.
- PGWP
- Skilled work experience + language test
- Express Entry (CEC) or PNP
- PR
From work permit to PR
One year of skilled Canadian work experience and good language scores open the door to PR through the Canadian Experience Class. If your score isn't high enough, we look at provincial programs — we work with all provinces.
- Work permit
- Work experience + language
- Express Entry (CEC) or PNP
- PR
Your status is about to expire
If you apply to extend before your status expires, you can stay in Canada legally while you wait for a decision. If it has already expired, you have 90 days to apply to restore it. Every day matters here.
- Status expiring
- Apply before it expires
- Legal status while you wait
- Next step toward PR
A refusal is not the end
First we find the real reason for the refusal, then fix the weak points and decide how to reapply — so your second application is stronger than the first.
- Refusal
- Find the real reason
- Fix the weak points
- Reapply
Sponsoring your spouse or partner
If you are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, you can sponsor your spouse or partner. When applying from inside Canada, they can often get an open work permit while the application is processed.
- You are a citizen or PR
- Sponsorship application
- Work permit while you wait
- PR for your partner
Canada is your goal? Let's start with a plan
Express Entry, provincial programs, study with a path to PR — there are many options, but not all of them fit. We'll assess your profile and show you the realistic routes, without spending money on programs that don't suit you.

We don't promise easy paths. We show you the real ones — and walk them with you, from the first consultation to IRCC's final decision.— Viktoriia Bezruk, RCIC
In more than 10 years we've seen hundreds of different stories, but the goal is always the same — to make Canada home.
We help international students go all the way from study to a Canadian passport, workers move from a work permit to PR, families reunite and newcomers turn temporary status into a secure future.
No case is perfect — everyone has their own path. We're here so you can walk it calmly, without mistakes or lost time.

Frequently asked questions
Can I apply on my own? Why use a consultant?
You can. A consultant helps you choose the right program, avoid the mistakes that lead to refusals and protect your status and time. Sometimes one consultation saves months.
How do I check that a consultant is really licensed?
In Canada, only licensed consultants (RCICs) and lawyers can give immigration advice for a fee. You can check a licence on the public register of the College (CICC) by name or licence number. Viktoriia Bezruk's licence (R710694) can be verified here. Only work with licensed professionals — it protects you from fraud.
My status is expiring and there's no decision yet. What should I do?
If you applied to extend before your status expired, you can stay in Canada legally until a decision is made, and with a work permit you can keep working under the same conditions. If your status has already expired, you have 90 days to apply to restore it. Either way, don't wait — get advice right away.
Can I apply again after a refusal?
In most cases, yes — a refusal doesn't stop you from applying again. What matters is understanding the real reason and fixing the weak points; otherwise the risk of another refusal is high. The exception is a refusal for misrepresentation, which comes with a 5-year ban on entering Canada and applying.
Can you help if my application has already been submitted?
Yes. We'll review what was submitted and help you respond to IRCC requests, prepare additional documents or reply to a procedural fairness letter if you've received one.
Do you work with people outside Canada?
Yes. Consultations are online via Zoom, Google Meet or WhatsApp, from any country, in English, Russian or Ukrainian.
How much does it cost to handle my case?
It depends on the program and how complex your situation is. We give you the exact fee and scope of work after the consultation and set them out in the contract.
Where do I start?
With a consultation: we'll review your situation and tell you what options you have. If you're not sure you need one, fill out our free eligibility form and we'll tell you where to start.
Not sure where to start?
Start with a consultation — and leave with a clear plan: what to do, in what order and by when.
