What is the difference between a file review and full representation?
With a file review, you prepare and submit the application yourself, and we find errors and weak points before you submit. With full representation, we prepare the application together with you, submit it and stay with your case until IRCC makes a decision.
Can I switch to full representation after a file review?
Yes. If the review shows that your case needs more work, we'll offer full representation. The decision is always yours.
Are IRCC fees included in your fees?
No. Government fees (processing, biometrics, right of permanent residence and others) are paid separately, directly to IRCC. We'll tell you in advance which fees apply to your case.
What documents should I send for a review?
Your completed forms, all the documents you plan to submit and any letters from IRCC. We'll send you the exact list after we sign the agreement.
Can you review an application prepared by another consultant?
Yes. We review the application regardless of who prepared it.
What happens if IRCC asks for additional documents?
With full representation, we prepare the response to the request. This is included in the fee.
