Helping you make Canada your home
ViBK Immigration Consulting is a team of professionals led by Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Viktoriia Bezruk. We help people already in Canada stay and get PR — and help those planning a move choose a realistic path.
We believe moving to Canada isn't a lottery. With an honest assessment of your chances and a clear plan, Canada stops being a dream and becomes your next step.

How we work
Honest about your chances
We tell it like it is: if your chances are low, you'll know before you apply, not after a refusal.
A strategy, not just one application
We think a step ahead: your status today, a backup plan and the road to PR.
A licensed consultant handles your case
From the first consultation to submitting your application — led by an RCIC.
In plain language
We explain complex rules clearly — in English, Russian or Ukrainian.

Why a licence matters
In Canada, only licensed consultants (RCICs) and lawyers can give immigration advice for a fee.
The College (CICC) issues licences, oversees compliance with the Code of Professional Conduct and handles client complaints — that's your protection. You can check any consultant by name or licence number on the public register.
What we help with
We work with all major programs — from study and work permits to PR and citizenship.
Questions about us
Who will handle my case?
Your strategy and application are led by Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Viktoriia Bezruk, and the team supports you at every stage — with documents, deadlines and staying in touch with you.
Do you guarantee results?
No licensed consultant is allowed to guarantee approval — the final decision is always made by an IRCC or provincial officer. What we take responsibility for is the quality of preparation: we carefully check every document, remove inaccuracies and ambiguous wording, and submit your case in a way that reduces the risk of additional requests and refusal. If we see at the consultation that there is no chance, we'll tell you directly and won't take the case on.
What if my case is complicated (previous refusals, employment gaps or mistakes)?
Complicated cases are a normal part of our work, not a reason to give up. At the consultation, we go through your history in detail and check your documents for inconsistencies. To understand the exact reasons for a past refusal, we request the officer's notes from IRCC (GCMS) when needed and analyze them, then prepare a well-reasoned letter of explanation for the officer. The key is not to hide facts, but to address weak points with official documents and arguments grounded in immigration law.
Do you work with clients from other provinces?
Yes, we work with clients from all Canadian provinces and territories except Quebec.
What happens after we sign the agreement?
You receive an agreement setting out the scope of work and fees, a document checklist and clear timelines. We then prepare your application, submit it and support your case until IRCC makes a decision.
Can I pay in stages?
Yes. With a full-service agreement, payment is split into stages tied to real progress on your case rather than paid as one lump sum. All payment terms are set out in the agreement.
