Who we are
This website belongs to ViBK Immigration Consulting Inc. (35 Brian Peck Crescent, Toronto, ON M4G 0A5, Canada). Our services are provided by licensed consultant Viktoriia Bezruk, RCIC (licence R710694 in the CICC public register). We follow Canada’s privacy law (PIPEDA) and CICC confidentiality rules.
What information we receive
- what you enter in the forms on our site: your name, email, phone number and details about your situation;
- messages you send us on WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or by email;
- documents our clients provide so we can prepare their applications.
Consultation payments go through Stripe — your card details never reach us.
Why we need it
To reply to you, hold your consultation and handle your case. We only send email updates to people who agreed to receive them in our forms. We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising.
Who else may see it
- Viktoriia Bezruk and her assistants, all bound by confidentiality;
- the services our website and communication run on: Hostinger (hosting), Google (email, analytics and spam protection for forms), Microsoft Clarity (statistics) and Stripe (payments);
- IRCC and other government bodies — only when we submit your application on your instructions.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to remember your language, protect forms and collect visit statistics. You can turn them off in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
Website inquiries — as long as we need to reply to you. Client files — as long as CICC rules and the law require. After that, we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it. Email info@vibkimmigration.com and we’ll reply within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page.
